Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (Japanese: コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュ R2 Hepburn: Kōdo Giasu: Hangyaku no Rurūshu R2) is an anime series produced by Sunrise Mainichi Broadcasting System and Project Geass. The series was directed by Gorō Taniguchi who has also worked with Ichirō Ōkouchi on the script. The characters were conceived by Clamp and designed by Takahiro Kimura. R2 takes place a year after the events of the first series.
