Lisa Gayle Tollett Milligan (born January 22 1977) is a beauty queen from Crossville Tennessee who has competed in the Miss USA 2001 pageant.Tollett won the Miss Tennessee USA 2001 title in late 2000 in her first attempt. She was crowned by Lynnette Cole Miss USA 2000 who had previously been Miss Tennessee USA 2000.
