Linear verrucous epidermal nevus (also known as a Linear epidermal nevus and Verrucous epidermal nevus) is a skin lesion characterized by a verrucous skin-colored dirty-gray or brown papule. Generally multiple papules present simultaneously and coalesce to form a serpiginous plaque.
