Line 1 (Metrovalencia)

Line 1 is one of the five lines of Metrovalencia. It is the oldest line of the system opened in 1988. The line has 59 stations with a total of 98.159 km (60.99 mi). This makes Line 1 the longest line of the Metrovalencia almost four times longer than the second one (Line 5).On July 3 2006 an accident occurred in this line between Jesús and Plaça d’Espanya station. 43 people were killed.
