Liliana Rojas-Suarez is a Peruvian-born economist specializing in financial regulatory policy and the impact of global capital flows on development especially in Latin American countries. She is currently a senior fellow at the Center for Global Development and serves as the chair of the Latin-American Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee (CLAAF).
