Lidia Teresa Chmielnicka (née Żmuda later Wanot March 8 1939 – September 27 2002) was a Polish volleyball player who competed in the 1968 Summer Olympics.She was born in Lublin and died in Opole.In 1968 she was part of the Polish team which won the bronze medal in the Olympic tournament. She played five matches.
