The Liberal Party (French: Parti Libéral) is a political party in Rwanda that adheres to Liberalism. Hon. Protais Kabanda MITALI is the party’s chairperson.The Liberal Party supported Prosper Higiro in the Rwandan presidential election 2010. In the Rwandan parliamentary election 2008 the party won 4 of the 53 directly elected seats with 7.5% of the vote.
