The Liberal National Party (LNP) is a centre-right political party in Queensland Australia. It was formed by the Queensland divisions of the two major centre-right parties in Queensland the Liberal Party of Australia and the National Party of Australia on 26 July 2008 and contests elections in Queensland instead of the Coalition.
