The LG G Pad 8.3 (also known as LG G Tablet 8.3) is an 8.3-inch Android-based tablet computer produced and marketed by LG Electronics. It belongs to the LG G series which also includes the smartphone LG G2. It was announced on 4 September 2013 and is to be launched on Q4 2013. Unlike its predecessor which sported an 8.9-inch screen the G Pad 8.3 utilized a smaller 8.3 inch screen. This is LG’s second tablet after its first tablet the LG Optimus Pad.
