Lester Ellis (born 15 March 1965) is an Australian boxer and former world champion. Ellis won the 1985 IBF super lightweight world title the 1993 World Boxing Foundation (WBFo) welterweight division the 1994 IBO light welterweight division the 1995 IBO lightweight division and the 1995 IBO light Middleweight division.
