Leonid Mykhaylovych Chernovetskyi (Ukrainian: Леонід Михайлович Черновецький; born November 25 1951 in Kharkiv Ukrainian SSR) is a former Mayor of Kiev the capital of Ukraine from 2006 until the summer of 2012. He was a successful businessman founder and controlling stakeholder of the Pravex Group and Pravex Bank one of the largest banks in Ukraine.
