Leonard Wayne Riches Sr. (born 1939) is an American Anglican bishop. He has been the Presiding Bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church since 1996 and was previously the bishop of the Diocese of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic in this church which was a founding jurisdiction of the Anglican Church in North America.
