Leo Seward (3 November 1885 – 1 April 1941) was an Australian rules footballer who played with University in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Even though he played for just one season in the VFL he played for many years in Ballarat and also a season for the Perth Football Club in the West Australian Football League.
