Len Gaynor (born 1944) is an Irish retired hurler who played as a left wing-back for the Tipperary senior hurling team.Gaynor joined the team during the 1964 championship and became a regular member of the starting fifteen over the next decade. During that time he won two All-Ireland medals four Munster medals and two National Hurling League medals.
