Talmadge Lee Carter (born October 27 1958) is the current judge of the 25th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. He is one of two judges that serve the counties of Marion and Winston. Judge John Bentley is the other judge that serves the 25th Circuit. In 2005 Lee’s predecessor Judge Bobby Aderholt (Representative Robert Aderholt’s Father) announced that he will be retiring in January 2007.
