Leah Simone Martindale-Stancil (born June 27 1978) is a retired Barbadian swimmer who specialized in sprint freestyle and butterfly events. Martindale represented Barbados in two editions of the Olympic Games (1996 and 2000) where she became the first black female in history to reach an Olympic swimming final in the 50 m freestyle.
