Le chant de Mallory (English translation: Mallory’s Song) was the French entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1964 performed in French by Rachel. The song was written by André Popp and Pierre Cour the team behind France’s winning entry in the 1960 Contest Tom Pillibi.The song was performed seventh on the night (following Austria’s Udo Jürgens with Warum nur warum? and preceding the United Kingdom’s Matt Monro with I Love the Little Things).
