Lawrence T. Papay is an American CEO and Principal of PQR who previously worked for the Integrated Solutions Sector as a vice-president and was a general manager of Bechtel. He graduated from the Fordham University in 1958 with a bachelor’s degree in physics and seven years later he received Master’s in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and then Sc.D. degree by 1969 from the same place.
