Lauren Beckham (born August 6 1984) is a figure competitor / model and personal trainer living in Boise Idaho in the United States. Lauren currently competes at the regional amateur level with the National Physique Committee (NPC).Lauren grew up in San Bernardino California moving to Boise Idaho during her teenage years. She began weight training at age sixteen entering her first figure contest in 2003.
