Late Night Shots is an exclusive invite-only social networking website based in Washington DC. The site was created by Reed Landry and Neel Patel in 2006 and currently boasts over 20000 members. Its features include a series of message board member profile pages and a Spotter through which members are encouraged to report spotting other members at various DC hot spots.
