Large granular lymphocytic leukemia is a disease that exhibits an unexplained chronic (> 6 months) elevation in large granular lymphocytes (LGLs) in the peripheral blood.It is sometimes known as T-cell large granular lymphocyte leukemia (specifying involvement of the T cells).
