The Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) (Bengali: কলকাতা ফিল্ম ফেস্টিভাল) is an annual film festival held in Kolkata India. Founded in 1995 it is the second oldest international film festival in India.[citation needed] The 19th Kolkata International Film Festival will be held 10 to 17 November 2013. The festival is organized by the West Bengal Film Centre under the West Bengal Government.The Government of West Bengal created Nandan the West Bengal Film Centre in 1985.
