Klyde Warren Park is a 5.2-acre (2.1 ha) public park that was constructed in downtown Dallas Texas USA. Utility construction began in January 2009 with a ground-making ceremony held on September 14 2009. The park opened October 27–28 2012.The park is open to the public but is operated by the Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation which is a private foundation. Unlike other public or City of Dallas parks Klyde Warren Park has operating hours from 6am – 11pm and rules that patrons must abide by.
