Klaus Abbelen (born 15 September 1960 in Tönisvorst Germany) is a butcher master an entrepreneur for meat products (thus nicknamed Frikadelli) and a race car driver.After starting racing Ferraris in the 1990s he became the Euro GT Series champion in 2000. He has also recently competed in the FIA GT Championship as well as in the Le Mans Endurance Series.In 2006 he and Sabine Schmitz drove the #97 Porsche 997 in the VLN endurance racing series on the Nürburgring entered by Land Motorsport.
