Kjetil André Aamodt (born 2 September 1971) is a former World Cup alpine ski racer from Norway a champion in the Olympics World Championships and World Cup. He is the most decorated ski racer from Norway.Born in Oslo Aamodt is the only alpine skier to win 8 Olympic medals and has won 5 World Championship gold medals as well as 21 individual World Cup events.
