Kevin Sbraga (born January 25 1979) is a New Jersey native and winner of Bravo’s Top Chef (season 7) Washington D.C. By September 2011 he became the chef-owner of Sbraga a modern American restaurant on the Avenue of the Arts in Philadelphia.In 2008 Sbraga—who had previously held positions in Atlanta and Philly kitchens—applied that philosophy to his consulting work with Jose Garces to test recipes for the chef-proprietor’s Latin Evolution cookbook.
