Kevin Fennelly was a hurler from County Kilkenny who played with his local club Ballyhale Shamrocks and with the Kilkenny inter-county team during the 1940s. After his playing days Fennelly remained very much involved with his club Shamrocks serving as everything from trainer chairman treasurer and trustee.
