Ken Flajole (born October 4 1954) is an American football coach.He is the current inside linebackers coach of the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He was the defensive coordinator of the St. Louis Rams of the National Football League (NFL) from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that he served as linebackers coach for the Carolina Panthers from 2003 to 2008. Flajole replaced Sal Sunseri as defensive assistant in 2003 bringing with him five years of NFL coaching experience.
