Kelsey Elizabeth Moore (born 1990 in Phoenix Arizona) is a pageant titleholder from Chandler Arizona who won the Miss Texas USA title and who competed in Miss USA 2010.Moore a resident of El Paso Texas became the first state winner from that city since Christine Friedel won the title in 1994.
