Kelly Skipper (born (1967-07-25)July 25 1967) is an American football coach. He currently serves as running backs coach under head coach Dennis Allen for the Oakland Raiders. Skipper spent two summers doing NFL internships with the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins. Played running back at Fresno State.
