Kelly Liggan (born 5 February 1979 in Dublin) is an Irish professional tennis player. Liggan resides in Malaga Spain but plays tennis for Ireland. She has had some success on the International Tennis Federation tour winning several titles for both singles and doubles and in 2002 she won her first Women’s Tennis Association tour doubles title. Liggan has made two Grand Slam doubles main draw appearances.
