Kazuo Chiba (千葉和雄 also T.K. Chiba born February 5 1940 Japan) is a Japanese Aikido teacher and founder of Birankai International. He served for seven years as uchideshi at the Aikikai Hombu Dojo before being dispatched abroad to help develop Aikido internationally. He holds an 8th dan in Aikido issued by Aikikai world headquarters in Tokyo Japan and currently resides in the United States.
