Katalin Szőke (born August 17 1935) is a Hungarian swimmer and Olympic champion. She was born in Budapest and married water polo player Kálmán Markovits.She has later settled in California USA. She competed at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki where she received a gold medal in 100 m freestyle and a gold medal in 4 × 100 m freestyle relay.
