The Kars–Tbilisi–Baku railway or Kars-Akhalkalaki-Tbilisi-Baku railway is a regional rail link project to directly connect Turkey Georgia and Azerbaijan. The project was originally to be completed by 2010 but was previously delayed to 2013. As of August 2013 it is scheduled for completion by 2014.
