The Kölner Haie (Cologne Sharks) are an ice hockey club based in Cologne Germany that plays in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. The team was one of the founding members of the DEL.The team colours are red and white.The Kölner Haie play their home games in the DEL (German Ice Hockey League) and DEB-Pokal (German Cup) at the Lanxess Arena (previously known as the Kölnarena) which opened in 1998 located in Cologne-Deutz.
