Julian Glover is an English journalist and speechwriter who since September 2012 has served as a special adviser in the UK Department for Transport. Previously he was the chief speech-writer to the Prime Minister. Glover wrote for British newspaper The Guardian from 2001 to 2011 as a leader writer and columnist.
