Julian Fiske Harrington (1901–1984) served as the United States Ambassador to Panama from August 30 1955 to July 14 1960.Harrington was born in Framingham Massachusetts. He graduated from Columbia University. He served as a United States vice counsel in Mexico Spain and Canada prior to serving as ambassador in Panama.
