Juan Ruiz Díaz Garayo Argandoña also known as The Sacamantecas (The fat extractor in Spanish) (October 17 1821 – May 11 1881) was a Spanish serial killer who killed and raped six women four of whom were prostitutes between 1870 and 1879. He made four other unsuccessful attempts as well.Garayo born to farmers Nicolás Díaz Garayo and Norberto Ruiz de Argandeña in San Millán Álava Spain on October 17 1821.
