Joshua Martin Neer (born March 24 1983) is an American mixed martial artist who was most recently under contract with the UFC competing in the Welterweight division. He has also formerly competed for the Quad Cities Silverbacks of the IFL Bellator the IFC and Shark Fights. He is the former Shark Fights Interim Welterweight Champion.
