Joseph S. Van Bokkelen (born 1943) is a United States federal judge.Born in Chicago Illinois Van Bokkelen received a B.A. from Indiana University in 1966 and a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in 1969. He was a Deputy attorney general of Office of the Indiana Attorney General from 1969 to 1970. He was an Assistant attorney general of Office of the Indiana Attorney General from 1971 to 1972. He was an assistant U.S. Attorney of the U.S.
