Joseph Maria Koudelka (December 8 1852 – June 24 1921) was the second Roman Catholic bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Superior in Superior Wisconsin.Born in Bohemia (now Austria) Koudelka was ordained to the Roman Catholic priesthood was November 29 1875 for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland in Cleveland Ohio. On November 29 1907 Pope Pius X appointed him auxiliary bishop of the Cleveland Diocese and he was ordained a bishop on February 25 1908.
