Joseph H. Rodriguez (born 1930) is a United States federal judge.Born in Camden New Jersey Rodriguez received an A.B. from La Salle University in 1955 and an LL.B. from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden in 1958. He was in private practice in Camden New Jersey from 1959 to 1982. He was a Chairman New Jersey State Board of Higher Education from 1971 to 1973. He was a Chairman State Commission of Investigation from 1974 to 1979.
