Joseph Biles Anthony (June 19 1795 – January 10 1851) was a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.Joseph Biles Anthony was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He studied law was admitted to the bar and practiced. He was a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate from 1830 to 1833. Anthony was elected as a Jacksonian to the Twenty-third and Twenty-fourth Congresses.
