Navy Captain (later Commodore) Joseph Abulu was the first Military Administrator of Anambra State in Nigeria from 27 August 1991 to 1 January 1992 after the Enugu State had been split from the old Anambra during the military regime of General Ibrahim Babangida.Joseph Abulu graduated with a BSc in Geography.
