José Carlos Souza Júnior (born July 13 1971) is a former international swimmer from Brazil who participated at the 1992 Summer Olympics for his native country. In 1987 he went to live in the United States. He studied Business Administration at the University of Tennessee.At the 1991 World Aquatics Championships he finished 25th in the 100-metre butterfly and 30th in the 200-metre individual medley.
