Jonathan Tiernan-Locke (born 26 December 1984) is a British professional road racing cyclist who rides for UCI ProTeam Team Sky. Tiernan-Locke’s major breakthrough came from winning four stage races during the 2012 UCI Europe Tour including the Tour of Britain.
