Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center formerly known as Francis Scott Key Medical Center and previously as Baltimore City Hospitals is a hospital and medical office center in East Baltimore. Its name is frequently abbreviated as JHBMC.It is located along Eastern Avenue near Bayview Boulevard east of the outer city neighborhoods of Highlandtown and Greektown and west of the Baltimore County large suburban area of Essex and Middle River and northwest of the large suburban area of Dundalk.
