John William Ditter Jr. (born October 19 1921) is a United States federal judge.Born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania Ditter received a B.A. from Ursinus College in 1943 and served as a Captain in the U.S. Naval Reserve during World War II from 1943 to 1946. He then received an LL.B. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1948.
