John Schultz (born 28 September 1938) is a former Australian rules football player who played for the Footscray Football Club in the (then) Victorian Football League (VFL) and is one of the club’s greatest players.He had been a champion high-jumper at Caulfield Grammar School winning the senior high jump at the 1955 Associated Grammar Schools Combined Athletics Meeting (as had South Melbourne’s Jim Taylor in 1948).
