John Roddick (born July 4 1976) is an American former professional tennis player and the current head tennis coach at the University of Oklahoma.Born in Omaha Nebraska he is the older brother of tennis star Andy Roddick. Though his playing career was not as successful as that of his younger brother John was a world-class player in his own right. John went on to be four time All American at the University of Georgia from 1995–1999 and was named UGA Athlete of the Year in 1998.
